About the event
Join us at the Cozy Cats Cafe for an empowering self-defense class for women! For only $25 per attendee, learn essential techniques that will boost confidence and better prepare for dangerous situations.
About the instructor: The class will be taught by Joel Bukowski. He is an instructor with over 30 years of experience in the martial arts, and over 20 years in teaching self-defense classes. His classes include learning practical knowledge, as well as hands on techniques.
Joel is also the Co-Founder and Chief Administrator of the SA non-profit corporation, Lil’ Country Haven. Lil’ Country Haven is an organization that serves to protect victims of domestic violence, as well as any marginalized individuals. It is the only known one of its kind north of Bay City, Michigan.
