In these rejuvenating classes, we’ll begin with a 20-minute Yin-style wind-down sequence to help you release the tensions of the week. Next, we’ll move into a 20-minute breathwork and guided meditation, where you’ll deepen your awareness and bring stillness to your mind. Finally, relax and refresh during the 20-minute sound bath, featuring the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to restore balance and calm your energy.
