What’s Happening:
• 30-Minute Yoga Class: We’ll do simple and fun yoga poses that help stretch, move, and feel great!
• Breathwork: Learn easy ways to breathe deeply and feel calm and happy.
• Fun Yoga Sequence: Follow a fun sequence of poses and movements, with games and cool stories to make it extra exciting!
• Kitties at the Cat Cafe: After the yoga fun, we’ll visit the adorable kitties at the Cat Cafe! You can pet them and enjoy their company.
